Shipping Details

Turnaround time for custom lettering orders is typically 4 to 6 weeks. If you need your order within two weeks of the order date, please select ‘Rush order’ and include the date by which you need your order. If you need it within one week, please email Alyssa at alyssa@ascribingglory.com to make sure we are able to accommodate you. After your artwork is created, it will then be shipped to you! Shipping will take an additional 1-3 business days and will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and an email with tracking information upon shipment. Please note that while I wish I could hand deliver each of your orders with a smile (and/or a pizza!), the package is in the hands of the USPS personnel once it leaves the Ascribing Glory studio! AG is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or undeliverable goods once packages go out for shipping. Of course, I will try my best to help if there are any issues with shipping!
